In addition to the refund policy in the picture above, we reject the following reasons:
I think your solution manual/ test bank is incomplete(We do not welcome open-mouthed people, please provide your purchase invoice and a complete package of documentation, speaking with facts)
I don’t think it’s detailed enough/ I don’t think it’s useful / I think it didn’t meet my expectations /I think it’s missing /I think it’s wrong /I think you provided the wrong version ……
Because it’s human edited, we think it’s normal to have some flaws, if you’re a perfectionist, please leave and don’t buy them.
We offer full refund for technical issue of you account for example: you were charged twice or you paid and never had access to the account etc, once you start using our premium services and having access to all test banks we don’t issue refunds. Please be aware of the consequences of online shoplifting or friendly frauds.
